Our newsletter and donations software are managed by a 3rd party vendor. If you choose to be added to our newsletter or to make a donation, your information is recorded in our 3rd party’s system with the sole purpose of processing your request and is subject to their privacy policy. When you make an online donation you may be required to enter a credit card number. This this information is provided only to the credit card processor and solely to process your request. This is not information we have access to nor would we ever want access to it.
As part of state and federal campaign finance requirements, we are required by law to file reports that list all donors and donated amounts. Once filed, this data is governed by state and federal department privacy policies.

If you visited this website in hopes of finding one of those annoying banners advertising the use of cookies we are sorry to disappoint you. Vote Kennedy does not use cookies. What? Can you believe it? A website that doesn’t use cookies? Amazing. It just goes to show what can be done if one really tries.
Advertisers
What? Advertising on a campaign website? Hey, in this day and age, anything is possible, just give it time. Rest assured however, Vote Kennedy has no 3rd party advertisers.

Articles and posts on Vote Kennedy may include links to relevant 3rd party websites. Obviously our Privacy Policy does not apply to other websites. Therefore, if you follow a link to a 3rd party website, we suggest that you to consult the respective Privacy Policies of that website for more detailed information on what they collect.
Children’s Information
The protection and privacy of children is of utmost importance. We encourage parents and guardians to observe, participate in, and/or monitor and guide their online activity. Having said that, none of the information we provide is directed towards those under the age of 18, nor do knowingly collect information from anyone under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have unknowingly collected personal data from someone under the age of 18, we will make every reasonable effort to delete such information from our records.
